Scope of Service

TAED, operated by Metavolv Technologies LLC, Dubai, provides a developer-first orchestration layer for visual analysis, multimodal API workflows, schema validation, monitoring, and structured data compilation.

TAED does not train or maintain proprietary foundational AI models. The platform interfaces with third-party AI engines and customer-configured model providers.

Usage and Credits

Compute credits, including promotional credits and paid packages, are consumed dynamically based on request payloads, model usage, and response generation.

TAED may adjust token-to-credit conversion ratios to reflect upstream provider pricing changes. Platform credit expenditures are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Provider Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your workflows, files, prompts, outputs, and data intake pipelines comply with the acceptable-use policies of TAED and any downstream AI providers used by your workflow.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from use of taed.dev falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
