Temporary Processing & Data Minimization

TAED is architected to prioritize data minimization. When files, images, or documents pass through the TAED cloud routing layer, they may be placed in private temporary object storage before being processed for the requested workflow.

Raw uploads are deleted after processing. If processing is abandoned or cleanup cannot complete immediately, an automated cleanup process removes the temporary upload within 24 hours. TAED does not store raw uploads in its application database.

Information We Collect

To maintain infrastructure stability and manage customer accounts, TAED collects minimal administrative metadata such as account email addresses, authentication identifiers, billing metadata, token usage, and diagnostic error codes.

Downstream AI Providers

TAED acts as a processing middleware layer that interfaces with third-party AI providers. Your use of TAED may involve providers including OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Anthropic, or other configured model endpoints.

Although TAED uses commercial provider configurations intended to protect customer payloads, data handling inside third-party provider systems remains governed by those providers' own terms and policies.
