TAED is operated by Metavolv Technologies LLC, Dubai. This policy explains how we handle account, billing, diagnostic, and API usage data.

Zero-Retention Principle

TAED is architected to prioritize data minimization. When files, images, or documents pass through the TAED cloud routing layer, they are processed in memory for the requested workflow.

TAED does not persistently store, store-and-forward, log, cache, or retain raw source files, image uploads, or generated extraction data strings on our database servers.

Information We Collect

To maintain infrastructure stability and manage customer accounts, TAED collects minimal administrative metadata such as account email addresses, authentication identifiers, billing metadata, token usage, and diagnostic error codes.

Downstream AI Providers

TAED acts as a processing middleware layer that interfaces with third-party AI providers. Your use of TAED may involve providers including OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Anthropic, or other configured model endpoints.

Although TAED uses commercial provider configurations intended to protect customer payloads, data handling inside third-party provider systems remains governed by those providers' own terms and policies.
